Abstract: University scientific research archives have important value in scientific and technological innovation,education,culture,and other aspects.In practice,collaborative issues such as conventional thoughts,limitations in intellectual property protection and confidentiality,difficulties in multi-agent collaboration,and inadequate sharing and utilization mechanisms have affected the release of the value of university scientific research archives.This paper proposes three paths to realize the value of university scientific research archives based on the theory of collaborative innovation.From the perspective of subject collaboration,a framework for open sharing of research archives data has been established.From the perspective of business collaboration,this paper provides references for the hierarchical utilization of university scientific research archives.From the perspective of resource collaboration,a path for cooperation in the development of university research archives has been proposed.
