Abstract: Studying the functional positions of digital humanities platforms, and analyzing the service functions and methods of specific platforms, is crucial for formulating service strategies and improving service levels of digital humanities platforms. The study clearly clarified the definition of digital humanities platforms, comprehensively summarized the service functions of digital humanities platforms, and systematically analyzed the practices of digital humanities platforms in providing research resources, displaying research outcomes, and facilitating communication among researchers. The study also summarized the features and weaknesses of the services provided by digital humanities platforms, and proposed strategies that can be adopted to improve these services. Libraries can start from the perspectives of resource construction, technical service or management mechanism, and enable digital humanities platforms to fully demonstrate their features and meet the needs of researchers. Based on this, the service functions and methods of the platforms can be gradually improved. Libraries can also serve as partners to provide experiential support.
