Abstract
The construction of course clusters has become an effective way for colleges and universities to improve the effectiveness of course teaching. Addressing issues such as the lack of knowledge correlation among teaching contents, disjointed experimental components, and isolated ideological and political elements in the Electronic Government Security Assurance course cluster, this study adopts the OBE(Outcome-Based Education) teaching philosophy. Through integrated instructional design, it explores and practices course cluster teaching from three dimensions: the knowledge system of electronic government security assurance, the practical system of the course cluster, and the ideological and political education system. After three years of implementation and practice, the overall teaching effectiveness of the course cluster has been improved, and the ability to support talent demand of the relevant industry has been enhanced. This can providing reference for the construction of other engineering professional course groups closely related to industry demand.
